Vanilla Latte and Tart Cherry Flavored Yogurt Recipe

Are you always busy? Do you want to spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with family and friends? It would be my pleasure to send you a weekly email with tips and recipe ideas to get you out of the kitchen as quickly as possible. Subscribe here:

My pins will make you hungry. Promise.

Recently, BlogHer and Maxwell House reached out to see if I would like to try a flavor or two of Maxwell House International. I said yes and ended up trying the coffee in new ways, including in the delicious recipe below.

Did you know that you can use a few spoonfuls instead of your regular creamer? It’s a great (and easy!) way to make a creamy, café-style coffee beverage. There are different flavors to choose from, including the Maxwell House International French Vanilla that I tried out. A few spoonfuls instantly add some romance to a regular cup of Joe for a flavorful coffee experience.

I started thinking of other ways that I could try Maxwell House International!

Sometimes I need an afternoon pick-me-up. I rummage around looking for something that will give me energy, fill my tummy and be healthy all at once. Well, now I’ve found the perfect afternoon snack that does it all.

Vanilla Latte and Tart Cherry Flavored Yogurt. Yum, right?

What you do is get some yogurt (I use 0% fat Greek yogurt) and add a scoop of Maxwell House International French Vanilla and some chopped canned cherries.

About Maxwell House International: It’s smooth, sweet and loaded with latte flavor. It’s versatile, too. You can add it to your regular coffee as a creamer, add it to hot chocolate to make a mocha latte, drink it on its own with hot water for a tasty latte experience, or add it to other things like cakes, cookies and YOGURT for that creamy, romantic latte taste. If you’d like a sample (or coupon) for yourself, head over here (limited number of samples available).

About the cherries: For convenience, I always have a tin of Pitted Red Tart Cherries on hand. Look for the ones that only list cherries and water in their ingredient list. In my grocery store they’re with the pie filling in the baking aisle and not with the canned fruit. I have no idea why. Drain them and use them in all sorts of things. I love pairing them with coffee flavors because cherry and coffee are heavenly together. Really, they are. Remember this Coffee and Cherry Smoothie? Sublime.

And now, here’s my Vanilla Latte and Tart Cherry Flavored Yogurt Recipe:

Oh, wait. I almost forgot. Head down to the comment section of this blog post, and tell me what you’d like to stir your Maxwell House International into. There are so many flavors to choose from, including French Vanilla, Vanilla Nut, Hazelnut, Suisse Mocha, Vanilla Caramel, and Café Vienna. You’ll be entered to win a $100 Visa gift card. Wowzers!
