A little while ago I shared a couple of recipes for Make Your Own Canapés. The idea is that you make a spread and a topping. You put both out alongside some bread and let your guests build their own canapés.

Here’s the cool thing: The two sets of canapé toppings all go together. So you can make both recipes and instantly have a Create Your Own Canapés Bar.

You make the two easy spreads:

Walnut Sea Salt Butter

Lemon Pepper Cream Cheese

You make the two easy toppings:

Apricots with Rosemary and Maple

Tart Apple with Thyme and Crispy Prosciutto

You put all four out with some crackers and bread. Then the fun begins as your guests mix and match to invent their own canapé creations. There are so many delicious possibilities!
