Hi There Cooking Buddy! I am very excited today to tell you about a bunch of healthy kid-friendly dinners. These are easy produce-packed recipes that my family loves and I know yours will too.

A few months ago I started working with Produce for Kids to come up with healthy family-friendly recipes. We came up with a slew of recipes but I’m particularly excited about the dinner recipes. The flavors and variety, from bright crowd-pleasers like Citrus Shrimp Tacos and Asian Pulled Pork Sliders to classics (with a produce-packed twist) like Shepherd’s Pie and Pork Chops and Cinnamon Apples, make these recipes delicious additions to any meal plan.
These kid-friendly dinners are as easy to make as they are in tune with kids’ taste buds. I know this for sure because my family members were the guinea pigs as I developed and photographed the recipes.
