I know, I know. You’ve been grilling all summer and you’re a pro. But after that summer of relaxing outdoors we’ve all developed a few bad habits when it comes to food safety. As Labor Day Weekend approaches I thought we should all step back and remind ourselves of some important health and cleanliness guidelines.
