Talking Bacon with Katie’s Cucina and Droolius
This weekend Katie Jasiewicz of Katie’s Cucina, Julius Mayo Jr. of Droolius.com and I found ourselves at the Orlando Bacon Off, a bacon contest between the two spectacular Orlando food trucks: Big Wheel Truck and C&S Brisket Bus. We were so inspired by all the bacon goodies to eat that we decided to hang out and chat all things bacon.
